Problem
In Azerbaijan, people use social networks, listing websites, and brokers to book their vacation rentals. Firstly the big problem is broker dependency, the second problem is listing on various websites leads to duplication and overbooking, the third problem has many scammers position on the vacation rental market, last problem is listing websites and social networks doesn't have payment gateways.
Solution
Our startup offers a manual reservation confirmation solution. When a user reserved a vacation rental from the Allrent system creates a special reservation request for the households. If households confirm the request reservation is confirmed and blocked dates on the calendar automatically. In this way, we prevent receiving overbooking at the same time
